WISWITS is a software platform. All data you enter — student records, fee information, attendance, academic data — belongs entirely to your institution. We are data processors, not data owners.
We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform: institution details, user profiles, and usage data for improving the product. We do not collect or sell any personally identifiable student information to third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or share your institution's data with any third party for advertising, analytics, or any other commercial purpose. Your data is used solely to provide you the WISWITS service.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted by role-based permissions. We conduct regular security reviews and follow industry best practices.
You may request deletion of your institution's data at any time. Upon account termination, data is deleted within 30 days. You may export your data at any time in standard formats.
